This agreement is legally binding.
Paid Subscription: The Premium Plan is billed annually at $1,069 CAD. Payment is required upfront to activate services.
Website Delivery: Your Premium website will be delivered within 3–5 business days after intake form completion.
Included Features: Premium includes all Essential features plus booking calendar, CRM access, custom domain, and SMS/email automation.
Custom Domain Setup: One custom domain is included and will be set up on your behalf. Domain ownership must be provided or purchased separately.
Support Level: Priority email support is included with faster response times (within 24 hours on weekdays). Live setup guidance may be offered based on availability.
Subscription Changes: You may downgrade to Premium or Essential at any time, but AI features will be removed upon downgrade.
Support Level: Priority email support is included. Response times are typically within 1–2 business days.
Upgrade & Downgrade: You may upgrade to the Smart Site plan or downgrade to Essential at any time by contacting support.
No Liability Guarantee: AC-AI is not liable for any business losses resulting from the use or performance of the free website.
No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the service, all payments are final. No refunds will be issued once the plan is active.
